10. Arkansas Residents

Arkansas does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute equivalent to the CCPA/CPRA. However, we apply the data practices described in this policy to all individuals, regardless of state of residence. If applicable law changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
